Our transitionary Board of Directors was unanimously approved by voting membership to serve an initial 6-month term on 5 October 2025.

Christine Miller
Christine Miller

President: Christine Miller

Christine is Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance professional, spending most of her career in the pet food industry. She brings the same high quality standards and systems built on integrity to the leadership of this club. Christine has lived in the St. Louis area for 17 years, and has found a home in the passionate sports community that thrives in STL. She believes that lower league soccer has a culture like no other, and she's excited to see the fans can do when they come out of the stands and help build a club they can call their own.

Stephen Bolen
Stephen Bolen

Vice President: Stephen Bolen

Stephen is a Senior Experience Designer and Technical Product Manager with over 25 years of experience in user research, interface design, and management of complex applications and services for Fortune 500 clients and the United States Department of Defense. Stephen is currently a Director, Product Manager - Technical at Mastercard, working in Global Regulatory Technology compliance.

Jeremy Webb
Jeremy Webb

Secretary: Jeremy Webb

Jeremy has been a soccer fanatic from a young age, playing in Germany as a child before moving to America in high school. He lived in Virginia before moving to Missouri, and while not a Missouri native, this quickly became his second home. Jeremy has a background in Project Management with the State of Missouri, and a Masters Degree in Geosciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Phillip Caldwell
Phillip Caldwell

Treasurer: Phillip Caldwell

Phillip Caldwell brings a decade of accounting experience to the club, currently serving as a financial controller by day — and now by choice, for the community. A lifelong numbers guy with a soft spot for spreadsheets and sports, Phillip helps keep the club’s finances as balanced as its midfield.

When he’s not crunching numbers, you might find him on the pickleball court or playing saxophone — proving he can swing both rhythm and budgets. His mix of precision, humor, and passion for community makes him a steady (and slightly funky) hand behind the scenes of the club’s growth.

Director of Communications: Tom Franklin

Tom never walks alone as a Liverpool supporter. He's ALL for St. Louis CITY, ups Doncaster Rovers, is part owner of Real Oviedo and Finn Harps and supports Faroese club Kí Klaksvík. He's contributed to Copa90 and has a successful-ish YouTube channel.

Joe Miller
Joe Miller

Director of Marketing: Joe Miller

Joe Miller has spent more than 20 years in the biotech industry and currently analyzes large data sets to find ways that numbers can narrate important stories. He brings that same approach to the club, finding new ways to help translate the passion, vibrancy, and diversity of our fans and our city into this club. He’s always ready to talk soccer at the match, so stop by and say hello.
