👋Hi Everyone! I'm Christine, the proud President of Gateway Football Group, a nonprofit organization bringing a fan built soccer club to St. Louis. I fell in love with pre-professional soccer because of the atmosphere and culture of lower leagues. The familiar cheers from the supporters stands, the merch tables run by volunteers, the multi-use fields at neighborhood schools or parks, the way the players and fans actually know each other. There is a purity to it – soccer stripped back to what it is supposed to be: a community coming together to share the game they love.
In my day to day life, I am a food safety and compliance professional. My career has always revolved around doing things the right way – protecting people and animals, ensuring gold star quality, and creating ironclad systems that stand for integrity. That same spirit is what I'm bringing to our club.
Soccer in St. Louis has always been more than a game—it’s been about culture, community, and connection. That’s why Gateway Football Group is building something different: a soccer club that is truly a club. We believe the beautiful game should be accessible and inclusive. A third space where every supporter is welcomed and feels at home. Rooted in our city’s culture and history, this club is designed to celebrate what makes St. Louis soccer special: authenticity, culture, and passion.
Your support helps us create a club that unites our neighborhoods, honors our past, and inspires the next generation. Together, we’re proving that when fans thrive, soccer thrives. When fans help build, nothing can knock us down.
🏠Come build with us!
As a member or financial sponsor of our club, you are joining us in making history. We cannot do it without you! We are a membership-driven club, meaning supporters have the opportunity to become members who will help name our club, get first access to merchandise and ticket sales, and have a vote in key club decision making. Here is a bit more about what your financial support means for this club.
St. Louis is the true soccer capital of the US, but there is a barrier to affordability, accessibility, and inclusivity in the soccer community today. Our nonprofit club aims to remove those barriers. In fact, we want to build a ramp for soccer supporters from every corner of the city to enjoy the beautiful game. We want fans to come as they are, bring their families, and find comfort and inclusion with their neighbors both on and off the field.
To do this, we must first bring our club vision and identity to life with expertise in branding and graphic design. We must create a club logo for our fans to wear proudly, our players to wear boldly, and our website and social media accounts to display memorably. We do not take this monumental task lightly; we will pursue local graphic designers who can best translate our vision into reality.
Additionally, we must provide our club with a quality, safe, and enjoyable environment. Our facility must go above and beyond to serve the needs of our deserving fans, players, coaches, and volunteers. From the press box to the scoreboard to the locker rooms and concession stands, every touch must be done so with intention and pride.
Finally, we must provide our club with an experienced coaching staff that is committed to developing players in a pre-professional soccer league. Our player pool comes from local amateur players, people who were brought up in the St. Louis soccer community. Dedication and devotion to club values, as well as good-spirited but gritty competition, is of utmost importance when vetting our future athletic staff.
Your support will go a long way to helping us achieve these goals. Together, we will build the foundation of a revolution in US soccer. It starts in St. Louis.
Our membership options will open up soon. In the meantime, sign up below to get on our email list and be first in line for club communications.

Sincerely,
Christine Miller
